SemiMetrics Ltd manufactures cryostat probe stations, electrochemical cells and mercury probes for contact electrical measurements of semiconductor materials and also markets and supports in the UK, automated contact-less wafer mapping tools based on Kelvin probe, microwave reflection, photoluminescence, LBIC and eddy current for semiconductor and PV production metrology.
The company will soon begin development of a TCO R&D electrical characterisation system based on the four coefficient method and intends to develop in-line metrology products for thin film PV production.
Semimetrics Ltd. has in-house capability for electrical characterisation of semiconductor materials and is currently also providing marketing, technical and business development consultancy services for an international high technology company.
