Professor Laurie Peter is Professor of Physical Chemistry at the University of Bath, where he leads a group of 12 researchers. His research interests focus on new routes to solar cells, and in addition to participating in the PV21 Consortium, he leads the SUPERGEN Excitonic Solar Cells Consortium (Bath, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Imperial and Warwick).
Professor Peter has an extensive network of international contacts and has recently spent time working with leading international groups in the USA, Switzerland and Sweden as part of an EPSRC funded initiative to strengthen international links in the Excitonic Solar Cell Consortium. He has published over 230 papers in peer-reviewed journals.
