Millbrook manufactures desktop instruments capable of analysing by mass spectrometry atoms and molecules from extreme surfaces and nanoscale layers for routine QC and research into thin films and buried interfaces. By removing this technique from the domain of complex UHV instruments, Millbrook's achievement and continued aim is to make SIMS more accessible to non-specialists and multi user environments.
